§ 1 Participation

Every rider must use the registration form on

Riders under the age of 18 require a declaration of consent by their parents or other legal guardian. They have to deliver the signed form at the rider registration.

The transfer/delivery of a starting slot to third parties is always precluded.

§ 2 Registration Fee/Transportation Fee

The registration fee to attend the contest is 15 €.

§ 3 Number plates

If Number plates are used, they must be fixed at the front of the handlebar and should be readable throughout the competition. It is strictly prohibited to alter the number boards in any manner. The placing of additional advertisement on the number boards is strictly prohibited.

§ 4 Classification

The assignment to the respective class Pro or Amateur is up to the participants and must be made according to personal assessment of their own abilities and possibilities. Competitors year of birth must be 2007 and older.

§ 5 Starting order

The starting order will be determined shortly prior to the contest (tbc).

§ 6 Judging

The judges rate the jumps by difficulty, airtime, and style. In case of crashing a jump will be considered as failed.

§ 7 Safety Gear

The following safety gear is required for every rider:

Minimum protection is a half-shell helmet, ideally a full-face helmet

Integral helmets (full-face helmets) must be certified to the following standards:
- MTB Downhill helmet certified to EN1078 and ASTM F1952
- Motocross helmet certified to ECE 22-05 „P“, „NP“, „J“ or SNELL M 2010 or SNELL M 2015

Helmet straps must be closed on course. Additional protection is highly recommended.

§ 8 Technical condition of bikes, equipment and clothing

Every rider is responsible for the bike, the material and the protection equipment. The condition, quality and construction are to ensure the safety for riders, competitors or other persons. The equipment/safety gear must be marked with a seal of approval of an international inspecting authority.

Headphones and earplugs are not allowed during the contest.

§ 9 Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony will take place directly after the event in the bowl.

§ 10 Prize Money

Prize Money must be collected immediately after the event at the organization office. Payout will be made only in cash and must be receipted by the recipient.

§ 11 Responsibilities

Riders attend the contest on their own account and at their own risk. The rider is responsible for the safety of his bike and clothes. The organization is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any injuries and damages as results of any action during the whole event.

All riders are responsible for insurance cover concerning damages based on the participations in the race.

The German law applies for all legal technicalities.

§ 12 Waiver of liability

By submitting the entry form, the participants waive any right of action or recourse against the organizer, its representatives, sports officials and helpers, authorities, property owners and any other persons connected with the organization of the event for any accidents or damages suffered in connection with the event.

This agreement becomes effective with the submission of the registration to the organizer. Beyond that, no claims will arise, especially against Paranoia Productions, Bikepark Winterberg, Sports Nut GmbH and other partners.

The organizer reserves the right to make any changes required by force majeure or for safety reasons or ordered by authorities, or also to cancel the event if this is due to extraordinary circumstances, without assuming any liability for damages.

The signatory of the registration acknowledges the conditions of the event announcement regarding the execution of the competition and other event-specific stipulations, as well as the above stipulations regarding responsibility and waiver of liability, and undertakes to comply with them strictly.

Each participant expressly confirms that the information entered on the entry form is correct in its entirety.

§ 13 Withdrawal

The organizers hold the right to withdraw starters if they feel there is a danger for the starter or any other person.

The event doctor can advise the organisers that due to medical reasons a rider should be withdrawn from the event. If the race organiser follow the recommendation, the rider will have their number board removed and will be withdrawn from the event.

If the race organisers believe a rider is not capable to compete they reserve the right to withdraw the rider from the event on grounds of their safety and that of the other riders and spectators.

§ 14 Data protection

By submitting an application to take part in this contest the participants also allow the event organization and the event organizers to use personal data for campaigns and activities connected to the events. The organizers shall have unlimited rights to publish pictures and video material of the participants, to forward these to press representatives and to use them for marketing activities. There is no factual and time limitation.
