After the first German championship in the E-Enduro discipline was held last year, this story is now being continued. Once again, a competition for motorized MTB enthusiasts will be offered as part of the iXS Dirt Masters Festival, but of course in a way that can be attributed to gravity sports.
The iXS Dirt Masters Festival is hard to beat in terms of its variety of disciplines. There are more than a dozen different competitions that appeal to a wide variety of target groups. In addition to the downhill races that have always taken place or the various slopestyle contests, new formats are constantly being added to the festival program. Since last year, there has been a special race in the E-Enduro discipline. Participants can look forward to a challenging yet fun competition. The crew from last year will once again be responsible for the course design and will prepare a worthy course under the leadership of Benjamin “Pavel” Herold.
The individual stages will be designed in such a way that the participants will have to take advantage of the motor support. The race will therefore differ from a normal enduro format in terms of the requirements. The lap will be chosen so that it can be completed on battery power. There will be no training beforehand, so all seven stages will be ridden on sight.
Registration for the race is now open and the first step towards participation can be taken. The event is listed in the festival program on Saturday and thus takes place on one of the main days of this year's iXS Dirt Masters. The race number distribution is scheduled for the morning before the start of the race, so that the format corresponds to an actual one-day event. This keeps the time required within reasonable limits and should suit many participants.
Together with our partners - the Bikepark Winterberg and the town of Winterberg - we are delighted to be able to offer a first-class race in keeping with the occasion.
