§ 4 Starting order

The starting order will be determined shortly prior to the contest.

$ 5 Judging

The judges rate the jumps by air time and style. The audience's reaction is also a crucial factor. If a rider crashes during the landing, the jump is considered a failure.

Additional protection is highly recommended.

Integral helmets (full-face helmets) must be certified to the following standards:

§ 7 Technical condition of bikes, equipment and clothing

Every rider is responsible for the bike, the material, and the protection equipment. The use of a full suspension bike is mandatory. Slopestyle hardtails are not allowed. The condition, quality, and construction are to ensure the safety of riders, competitors, or other persons. The equipment/safety gear must be marked with the seal of approval of an international inspecting authority.

Headphones and earplugs are not allowed during the contest.

§ 8 Awards ceremony

The awards ceremony will take place immediately following the event on the jump table.

§ 9 Responsibilities

Riders attend the contest on their own account and at their own risk. The rider is responsible for the safety of his bike and clothes. The organization is not and cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of any action taken during the event.

All riders are responsible for insurance coverage concerning damages based on their participation in the race.

The German law applies to all legal technicalities.

§ 10 Waiver of liability

Participants waive registration in the event of indemnity claims or regress against the organizer, designee, commissaries, authorities, or any other person associated with the event.

The liability waiver comes into effect upon registration with the organization. Over and above this, no further claims can be made. Specifically excluded from liability are Bike Park Winterberg and Racement GmbH. The organization keeps the right to make any necessary changes or even to cancel the whole contest according to safety problems, official orders, government laws, and other unforeseen events at any time in the event without obligations regarding indemnifications.

The subscribers to the registration accept the terms and conditions of the regulations concerning the implementation of the competition, other specific determinations of the event, and the responsibilities and waiver of liability.

The participants confirmed explicitly the correctness of all data in the registration.

§ 11 Withdrawal

The organizers hold the right to withdraw starters if they feel there is a danger to the starter or any other person.

The event doctor can advise the organisers that, due to medical reasons, a rider should be withdrawn from the event. If the race organiser follow the recommendation, the rider will have their number board removed and will be withdrawn from the event.

If the race organisers believe a rider is not capable of competing, they reserve the right to withdraw the rider from the event on grounds of their safety and that of the other riders and spectators.

§ 12 Data protection

By submitting an application to take part in this contest, the participants also allow the event organization and the event organizers to use personal data for campaigns and activities connected to the events.
